    Hi there,

Have a look at the new DivXtoDVD Pro v2.00 (v1.99.11 Release Candidate).

    http://www.vso-software.fr/

It will convert your .AVI and can burn it now. It has a build in burn engine !

Strange, if I click on web site in post its not available but if I physically type it in explorer it goes directly to download, can anyone explain? Yep Rotary you're right NO watermark and I think faster.

    Hello,

the old free version is available on http://www.vso-software.fr/download.htm

look at product DivxToDVD and in very small print (last line) you will see the link for verion 0.5

If the new release candidate is slow that is because the watermark is implimented during conversion, this can slow down the application significantly as you noticed.

When the 2.0 version comes out (in two weeks or so) the trial version will change so that the first week is completely free and limitless in use, meaning no watermark, thus no change in speed, ability to burn, etc. After one week the watermark will appear.
