converting to dvd

    im kinda new at this but i dl movies from bitcomet and when i goto convert they wont come up as a supported video file. Everything i dl is avi dvix and xvid and use nero vision to convert. what can i do to fix this?

    i tried using that also an it says file may not be unsupported it seems that evry file i dl has .torrent after format

    okay, so your files are named like movie.torrent? How big is the file(Mb?)
    If is what I think,in this case, you've downloaded the torrent file,which contains the information that points to the video and not the actual movie.

    when you have finished downloading your torrent, is the download rared? or ziped? if so you have to unrar the files before you convert the files, also you might want to use convertxtodvd instead of nero to convert, nero don't have the best encoder!

    ok thanks i got it. one more question im using dvd-r and it seems the voices are of from the video. do you have an answer for this?also it freezes up during some scenes
