what is my best option? through pc perferablly! the tv tuner card i got would make the video like 8gb i think it would over do it as that was only in divx format! i returned that tv tuner card! so what should i get? a good brand pci tv tuner card? what is the cheap and good one! and what is the best one in between! something i should use! something you would use! and do dvd's have region lock? ntsc and pal? and how do you convert them?
