I have been converting my videos to DVD and I have AnyDVD running in the background to break the copyprotection.

AnyDVD is available from slysoft site.

I use a WinFast 2000XP capture card, the Video is converted to MPEG to hard drive, I use NeroVisionExpress for this and then burn to DVD using NVE. Cards are NOT expensive and really easy to fit, Cheers

    Gwendolin....
Do you mean if you input your VHS to your TV capture card and run ANYDVD in the background it will detox the VHS so you can record to your HDD? I've been trying to get my "Lion King" VHS to DVD and any" Capture" recorder I try (ATI all-in-wonder,Windows Media Recorder, Ulead DVD Studio etc) just balks about the protection. Cheez, I bought the flick once (VHS) & I hate to buy it twice but Mum says: "Put it on DVD or else!"
