Does anyone know how I might convert a real or Quicktime file to play on the windows media player? I've tried just playing them on there but my media player can't adapt to the format and I don't know how to change them. If you have any information on this problem I would like to hear. Thanks

Yeah it had the programs I was looking for but the some of them were too big for me to download with dial up and the ones I did try didn't do what I wanted. The one made a 14mb realplayer file and made a 3.6gb windowsmedia file that didn't even work. The other program I just couldn't get to work so my search continues thanks though.

I had the same problem last month. I used Ulead movie studio, opened the file I needed to convert, and then saved it as an AVI file. Windows seemed to recognize that format, and played the file. Don't know if that helps you, but it worked for me.

Have you tried converting it to DivX or XviD in Super? The file should be a lot smaller.
