I have some PAL VOB files that I need to convert onto NTSC MPEG-2.

For that I need to demux the files and separate the MPEG2 and WAV, which will need separate handling. The MPEG will be converted to NTSC and the WAV levels will be increased.

I already used, as I always do, VirtualDubMod to demux the wav file. But I don't know if I can get an MPEG file from VDM too. Can I? How?

What other program can I use that can provide those files?

In the past I always used TMPGEnc DVD Author for that conversion, but this time the program asks me for an ifo file which I do not have. I only have the vob files. Suggestions?
