well, i burned a film using convertxtodvd and it worked fine, then i came to burn another one, and everything went fine until it got to 56% then the computer just turned itself off, for some odd reason, i started the computer back up again and went to convert again, and the exact same problem occured, it converts to about 56% and then just turns its self off. i don't have a clue what the problem is, if anybody has a clue to why this is happening, or it is happening to your self, what is a possible solution?? thanks
If it's during the conversion (as opposed to the burning-to-disk phase) it might be the CPU overheating). You can monitor the temperature with this. http://www.majorgeeks.com/Hmonitor_d269.html
