look i have the trial of convertx and i love it except the watermark part. i need a program that does what convertx does for free. "if i had 40 buck i wouldnt need to put movies on dvd i would just go some where and buy them."

 

DVDflick converts AVI to DVD.
Add audio and subs.
Doesn't do menus.

AVI2DVD also convert AVIs to DVD and I think produces better results that ConvertXtoDVD, but is a little slower.

 

i usee convertxtodvd and TFM The FilmMachine (simarlar to avi2dvd), tfm a free awesome app, couldnt live without it for avi to dvd

 

You could hunt down the original version of convert X, which used to be known as divx to dvd.Yes its still available on the net,try googling for it.

 

Still converts as good as any.
