ok i have the full program no and it works great except that some time when i watch the movies the audio gets off what am i doing wrong and how can i fix it.

 

and when i say off i mean you will hear the words befor the lips move

the converted files can only be as good as the source files
in an awfull lot of downloaded files there is usually pixies on video and/or out of sync audio.
if you are getting some of your downloads with no problems then i'd be inclined to think that the problem is the files and not convertX

 

Actually for some unknown reason I recently had the same problem, Converted and burned with ConvertX...sound was way out, watched it on comp from source, sound in sync, converted and burned using NeroVision and it was in sync.
I realyy love my ConvertX but not on this occasion, I know that didnt solve your problem or mine but I find it strange, Cheers.

i dont think its the quality of the file otherwise i would have the same problem when i play them on my cpu. and it goes right if i pause and press play but maybe a minute later it laggs again
