Cool'S-At 5000 hneed help entering the new key's manually, can not figure how?

    anyone knows how to get a Cool'S-At 5000 to show the Local Channels... can not figure out "where to put" the 16x combination's
    was told to dial the 8282 on the remote control/// and then Enter them in the line's 20 and 21 , but those lines take a Max of 8x combinations ea -- please Help
