Coolsat 4000 PRO Channel Information

    Question for all Coolsat 4000 pro owners. It seems that my box is only pulling channel info for about 10 percent of the channels. When I go to the guide it says "No Information" Does anyone have a fix for this? It get annoying going online all the time to see what is on. Is it a software issue?
