Coolsat 5000 platinum- on or off

I have read that some persons leave the box on all the time(24 hrs)and just turn off the tv. Is this a good practice or not? Will it help the auto roll?
Do Anybody have any coments about this practice??

 

I have mine on all the time and no problems.

 

If you turn your box off at night, you will miss any key changes over the night time and when you turn it on again, you will have to wait until the autoroll changes it to the latest keys.

If you leave it on, it's always ready to go when you come back to watch TV.
