    I am new to this kind of receiver. I am not able to go to ch 8282 with my remote. Is there any software I need to install in this receiver and how ? PlZZZ

    If you just got your receiver, you need to update the receiver by installing a new file. I suggest you join this forum I list below and read the getting started/newbie sections on your receiver.

    Make sure your not in guide mode, you have to be on full screen, then punch in 8282
    make sure your fta remote is in stb mode as well
