I was wondering if someone could give me some help on setting up my cs7000. Have been able to get 110 but no luck with 119, any help or sugestion would be great. thanks

You seem to be very knowledgeable personon FTA topic. I have a coolsat 7000, which when I turn on, gives me black&white screen continuously scrolling. What should I do to stop it?
