My Coolsat receiver was working perfectly until yesterday when I was changing the channels it stopped working. The remote does not have any effect on the receiver. I am not able to do anything, my screen is white and the receiver has some dashes (-------) and then switch to 0 (it blinks with dashes and 0) I did averything I could it did not work. I turned it off, unplugged it for few minutes, hours and nothing happened, I even changed the batteries in the remote. Please I really need your help. thanks in advance
