I am just wondering if you could rip an image from a Burnt DVD-R [by using DVD Decrypter]? Would it be a bad copy or would it be the same as the original? =>CAR8624
car8624, If you're copying from a copy, you need not rip it with anything - just do a disc to disc copy - Happy burning Pete Oohhhh Yea, Welcome to the Club - _X_X_X_X_X_[small]The “old man” Pete (ö¿ô) Compaq 8000, Pent 4 CPU 2.84GHz, 1GB RAM. 340GB HD, 7200 (Maxtor 120, Western 200 & 20. 4 Drives, JLMS DVD ROM, HP DVD Writer 200j, Nec 4X DVD RW ND-1300A & AXV CD/DVD-ROM. Because I thought copying a DVD or PS2 Backup disc is bad? I must be wrong then. Is it true or no? Club? Heh thx - love this site =) =>CAR8624
Thats false, yes. With digital copying, everything is transfered bit for bit 0,1 for 0,1 so each and every copy will always be an exact replica of the original. The best method to use would be Nero Disc to Disc, though i never do it on the fly personally, but some do.
