I am just wondering if you could rip an image from a Burnt DVD-R [by using DVD Decrypter]? Would it be a bad copy or would it be the same as the original?

It would be exactly the same as the copy (which is why it's called an image)

    car8624,

If you're copying from a copy, you need not rip it with anything - just do a disc to disc copy -

    Happy burning :D

Because I thought copying a DVD or PS2 Backup disc is bad? I must be wrong then. Is it true or no?

Thats false, yes. With digital copying, everything is transfered bit for bit 0,1 for 0,1 so each and every copy will always be an exact replica of the original. The best method to use would be Nero Disc to Disc, though i never do it on the fly personally, but some do.
