If I purchase a copy of software on line save it to my hard drive, is it possible to copy that to a CD disk? In the event I wipe my hard drive clean and want to re-load all the software.

    Thanks
    Tom

Hi Tom, yes it is possible and is recommended to keep a back up copy.

yeah & dont forget to keep a copy of your software keys as well!

I keep a copy of all my software programs (downloaded & disc versions)

on my D: drive with a notepad file with all my keys in it.

I also have all that backed up to a USB external drive.

there is no way i can lose any thing 'cept my house burning down even then my USB drive is in my garage away from the house. i also keep digital photos on that drive.

    cheers
