i'm pretty sure that u could use MS Win XP CD writing wizard fior this to make an exact copy of the disc (that is if u hace 2 cd drives & one of them must be the writer!)

also i'm also sure that Nero Express has the facility to make exact copies. I once came accross a program called 'Record Now Max'. The version i used was 6.5, and that worked fine for me!

hope u manage to make ur copy!

Put the CD that ur mate gave u in your DVD Drive, and put your blank cd into your DVD-CD writer.

Let's assume that your DVD-CD writer is the D:\ drive, and your DVD drive is the E:\ drive,

    1. open up the E:\ drive from My Computer.
    2. select all the files on the CD.
    3. and press Ctrl+C to copy them.
    4. open up the D:\ drive
    5. paste all the files on to the D:\.

On the left (Windows Common Tasks) near the top, an option appears saying "Write these files to CD".

selet that and go through the onscreen prompts and....HOPEFULLY viola!

    Your CD!

If this dont work then let me know asap!
