   I burned a copy of a dvd and it came out good except it hesitates for a split second at regular intervals during playback.
   
   Can anyone explain this for me, does it have to do with buffering.

   Try to burn this DVD again at a slower write speed, like 4X or 8X. Good luck, Rev
