I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COPY THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS TOKYO DRIFT USING NERO 6.6 AND ANYDVD 6.0.7.0 EVERYTHING SEEMS TO GO OK UNTIL I TRY TO PLAY IT IN MY HOME DVD PLAYER...IT PLAYS FINE ON MY COMPUTER...WHAT AM I MISSING WHEN I BURN THE MOVIE?
Hi. Does the player not recognize the disk, does it skip, or is it pixelated? Use good quality media like Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden, and made in Japan labeled Fuji and Sony media. Set your burn speed to 4X or no more han half the rated speed of the media. Make sure your burner's firmware is up to date. Firmware can be found at the link below or at the manufacturer's support site. http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_all.php Also make sure you're using Nero 6.6.0.18, the best version of Nero 6. If you need to change versions run the Nero 6 Clean Tool first after uninstalling making sure to write down your Nero serial number: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/Nero_6_CleanTool.html Nero 6.6.0.18: Package 1: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe Package 2: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe Since you used Nero, why not post the section of your NeroHistory file dealing with the burn, probably the last section if you haven't burned anything since. The log contains lots of useful info for diagnosing problems. The file is in this path: [bold]Program Files -> Ahead -> Nero -> NeroHistory[/bold] The file is divided into sections, one for each Nero task attempted. Each section begins thusly: ====== *** NeroAPI, History File *** ====== Your name 1A.... your program serial number Windows XP 5.1 IA32 [bold]Be sure to delete your name and serial number before posting[/bold].
