I am new to this and a friend told me all I needed to download was DVD Shrink 3.2 and DVD43. I did. I but in a movie, pushed open disc, it scanned the movie, then I pushed backup and it rescanned it again. Then there was an error message saying that there is an error and it can't proceed. Another message said I needed Nero. I downloaded Nero Startsmart, but I'm not sure why. I tried to copy my DVD through Nero and burn it onto a disc and it didn't let me either. Can someone please walk me through this because I don't know what I am doing, and I really want to copy some DVD movies. Thank you.
