Hello wonder if anyone had any suggestions to a problem I'm now having trying to copy a dual layer data dvd I used for backup to free up some hd space. I would like to now restore them back so I can burn some cdr's.I'm using nero ver.6 I created the data disc using nero express and it verified ok.But now when I go to back up restore I get a read error cannot copy.My driver is dual layer capable.Is there another nero read program I should be using?When I load the disc I can see all the files there.
@stung If your getting read errors they disc may be dirty/scratched. Try cleaning it off. Try another drive if you have one - some are better than others. You can also make sure the drives firmware is up to date. May help. If that doesn't work then you can try isobuster. I use the free version. http://www.isobuster.com/
