Copying from external hard drive usibg nero

    Recently i have just purchased a external hard drive and every week my mate puts a load of dvd,xbox,ps2 on it.
    He says i can then copy these to a dvd for my personal use by drag n drop.
    Im new to this and im struggling to do this.
    Any help would be greatfull.

    Also on this hard drive i get psp games as well and was wondering how the hell i get them onto my sons psp machine..
