I burn dvds (home movies) all the time. Now I need to make another copy for myself but cannot seem to copy it with nero. It says: Nero Recode encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read from the file VTS_03_0.IFO. The semaphore timeout period has expired. Please help me, I need to save my children's memories. Thank you in advance.
try reauthoring it with shrink and if that fails you may need to reconvert it again.
