    Hey all!

After patching/trimming a game through the U-Disk manager, is it possible to directly copy the game back and forth from/to the G6 cart to/from my PC? I assume I should also copy the .ico file and the save files. Did anyone try this? What would happen if I deleted the .1 and .2 saves (I don't use them, don't see the point)?

Anyway, was just wondering about this, and since I don't have my NDS at hand right now, can't test it out myself.

    Thanks!

Copying the patched game between your computer and G6 (or even other G6's) is fine, you can move the save files and the icon (.ico) file too.

I don't know about the deleting of save files .1 and .2, i will test it later after i've finished fixing my G6 (the file system is fragmented or something) it kept freezing on a 2 hour trip today :(

OK, sorry about the delay (got sidetracked on my Gamecube and PSP ¬_¬ )

Just tested deleting the .1 and .2 files from my Bomberman, NSMB and Castlevania games with no side-effects whatsoever, i would assume if you were to try and use one of the files when they are not there it will give you an error, or just not work, but I havn't tested that far.

But as far as loading the game and playing it without messing with all the additional G6 save features it will make no difference at all.

Was logging in to reply to myself when I saw mr_hanky's reply. Always there for us that mr_hanky, thank you so much! :)

So all I can do now is just confirm what mr_hanky said, since I tried it out myself. Didn't try using the deleted saved slots so I don't know what would happen there, but everything else works perfectly.
