After ripping using DVD Decrypter (I've also got AnyDVD running in the background), try using FixVTS.exe starting with the very first VOB file, VTS_01_0.VOB, and then click the "Entire DVD" button.

Make sure it processes all VOBs.

Then fire up DVD Shrink, choose the directory, and click "Open Files".

Your disk will thrash a bit and finally the files will have been read in.

Finally, click the "Backup" button. The small Encoding window should appear and run without a problem at that point.

Can't stress enough that it's critical to process all VOB files with FixVTS.exe.

    Good Luck!
