firstly make sure your dvd player can read mpegs?also download cucusoft mpegtodvd author its free and not a bad proggy.when it is complete you are left with audio ts and video ts files then just burn with nero hope this helps?

    hi

yes do you want mpegs to play on the player? or do you mean you need to get them dvd compliant to play?

you can use dvd patcher to make complinat mpeg2 then load to an authoring app like tmpgenc dvd author

[no encoding this way only author = no loss of quailty]
