Copyright material

    I cannot record movies from other dvd's and some cable shows because of copyright protection. My sonyRDR GX315 won't allow it.
    Should I use REDPRO or is there something less expensive out there?

    get ANYDVD and CLONEDVD2. they work great. the have a trial period you can use it for free before you purchase it. you wont have any problems.

    Yes you can use AnyDVD and CloneDVD for 21 days free and then after that it becomes a pay program. You can also try the free programs DVDFab Decrypter, which will rip your DVD's to your HDD and break the protection. You can then use DVDShrink to compress them to fit on a 4.3g single layer DVD blank disk. You can then either burn the file with Nero or the free DVD Decrypter. Here are guides and the sw.
