CORRECT SIZE FOR TV PAL & NTSC

    Does anyone know how to convert MPEG-1/MPEG-2 for use with VCD players that will display the movie EXACTLY as it was as a DVD?

    No side losses when played back on TV (ie. no stretching/cutting the left and right side off).

    VCD shouldn't strecth anything, as it doesn't behave like anamorphic movie. And if the left/right side are cut off, the problem is with your DVD player, not with VCD.
