Ok I need help with this! I backed up a bunch of my avi movies to disk a while back so I could clean out my pc. I recently started "Finally" to convert them and burn them onto DVD. Now, Befor I backed them up they all played fine on my computer, but now I have the odd one that wont play back,( and they are the ones I really want). Is there a way to fix or repair an AVI file?
You are rockin my world dude!! That worked great. now I can convert and burn!...BTW is there a good FREE avi to DVD convertion program that is FAST.. I use vso avi to dvd , its allright but it only converts at 1.5x on avrage and uses up all my cpu while doing it. I run an AMD 3200+ at 2.2gig and have 1.5 gig ram!
hi what settings did you use? strip and rebuild or correct errors? or both? also use divxtodvd ifs free and dam fast and keeps small sizes fto fit more on a dvdr! also you may need dvd shrink to compress if overall size is over 4.36gig let us know....thx
Funny..all I needed was to fix errors with it.I guess they wernt too bad. And I use shrink already ,I LOVE it...
