corrupted data for phat psp custom firmware 3.71 M33-2

    im new to psp and stuff and i just got custom firmware 3.71 M33-2 for my fat psp but all the cso's ans iso's just come up as corrupted data. why does this happen

    please help i just got an 8 gig memory card and i cant use it.=[
