could any one help me unlock a nokia 6600?

    hi all.
    i was wondering if anyone could help me unlock a nokia 6600.
    its on an australian network. optus.

    the other question i have is there a difference if a phone has been blocked or locked?

    Provider : optus australia.
    imei number : 353 766 0000 726 93

    locked= sim only accepted by the network that supplied the fone.

    blocked= locked out of all networks, normally a fone reported lost or stolen.
