My pc seems to be goin very very slow

 

First off, you have 40+ processes active, that is not helping...now for the log:

Only 2 entries that truly need to be fixed. Download Spybot Search and Destroy as well as AVG anti spyware if you dont have them already, update them, and then do full system scans. After scanning with spybot, use the immunize option.

When done, reboot and post another log.
