    Hi,
I sent my laptop in for repair and when it came back with the original installation, the DVD burner didn't work anymore (it worked fine before -strange).

First, Nero wouldn't recognise the drive as a DVD drive, so I updated the firmware and this is fixed now. But Nero still does not burn DVDs - before even starting, it stops and says "Could not perform end of Disc-at-once". I have tried unistalling Nero, I used the Nero cleaning tools, I defragmented my hard disk, I reinstalled Nero again - no luck.

I tried burning with imation DVD+R and with Packard Bell DVD+R DVDs.

Could you help me please? Much appreciated. Here is the last log:

That in your log points to a lot of processes runing at time of burn. Download enditall2 and run it right before burn to shut some down. If it works then The next step will be for you to decide if you will just use enditall2 before burning all the time or try and track down what is the process that is interfering.

    Hi Whompus,
thanks for the tip. I tried and got the number down to:

    Memory in use : 66 %

but I still get the same error.

Do you know what this line could mean:
    20:49:11 #30 CDR -1066 File WriterStatus.cpp, Line 167
    Invalid field in command
    ?

    Thanks
    DouceVie
