Just a couple of things need attention This version of Nero contains some bugs, I would ecommend you uninstall this version, run general clean tool from here http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html to remove all traces and then install bug free version from either of these links http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe You are always going to have trouble here, it's recommended to have a minimum of 512meg RAM for burning so I would add some more RAM, in the meantime dont multitask and turn off all unnecessary programs including spyware while you are burning Probably a little slow for audio burns.

Just noticed this Not top quality discs, I would try a different brand such as Verbatim or Sony that are made in japan. Your burner doesnt like these discs.
Stick with good quality discs and keep that version of Nero(6.6.0.18) and all should be good, Cheers.
