Yes it does matter, unless you are in need of some coasters. Here is a guide to correct the DMA for your drive.

The DMA issue is the only real problem I see with your log. You can bump your burn speed up a notch or two if you wish.

    I see this
That could mean the laser head needs cleand. It also could mean your windows burn engine needs updated. this one
if you want to google it or something. Mine is ver=2.03.32a. There is a newer one then the one I use I just have not got around to updating it because I have had no problem with the one I got.

Edit= Oh yeah and I dont think that dma off is a problem. That is a vurtial drive isn't it.

Although Ritek is good and decent (2nd class media), I've seen more Ritek failures than any 1st class media. Try to get Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim or Hitachi Maxell (MIJ) for your next project.

"KEY_MEDIUM_ERROR" is likely the media, plus your burner doesn't really like it or it can't read the disc.

"Power calibration error" is likely your DVD burner. Check all your cables and try to reset (unplug and plug them back). It looks like your burner is slowly going bad. Maybe it's time for a new burner soon.

    Best of luck!!
