Counter- Strike 1.6 problem

    i have a big big issue with valve steam it just dont work ive tried almost everthing apart from this no-steam or steamless i would appreciate it if anyone could give me info on this i went to steamless's site and downloaded there counter-strike 1.6 steamless thing i think it runs in the backround not sure. but from here im not sure wot to do

    umm y dont u just buy it,i used to play no steam but it sucksonly like 10 servers its only 9.99 online
