cp wont shut down

any one know why:
when i shut off my computer just like normal shut down
but it say ; it is now safe to turn off why is that
your help is appreciated

 

Well it might be caused by power management in your bios not being setup properly.
You might have go in and enable the power management in the bios ok

 

I will do that when i go home ( at work now )

i looked over places in bios still not able to fix the problem
