check in the bios to see what the cpu temp is. also check motherboard cd to see if there is a program to check temperature, rpm & voltages.

    checked bios

    cpu core voltage 1.48v
    cpu temp 32.c
cpu fan speed 4687 sometimes up to 4821 rpm

    is this good / bad?

cpu temp is good & the fan appears to be alright too. can get a fan controller & temp gauge that fits into a 5.25" bay & possibly 3.5" bay so can control the cpu fan according to the temperature.
