cpu help please come

    when i play a game like halo the sound goes away and the game gets really slow this also happens when im listening to music with winamp or any other type. please help me fix this problem.

    if you have intergrated sound on you mother board disable it and try using a seperate sound card graphics and onboard sound often have problems when cpu is maxed out

    well i the game i want to play needs 256 ram and i have exactly that much

    256 ram will not cut it,add more ram,to 512 will help or get a sound card or both.
