   everytime i try to burn a dvd my computer shuts down, just like pulling the plug. anyone know why or have any suggestions? i have a msi motherboard a pent D processor and my burner is a pioneer
   im using nero to burn with

   Check the CPU temp then if that's ok, reboot into 'Safe Mode' and try a burn.
