CPU-Z displays my Prescott (s478) P4's voltage at 1.808v, is that normal??

    Yes, intel chips are known to have very high voltages. AMD's and the new Conroe's from intel use less voltage. My old prescott p4 w/ HT uses 2.26. that chip is fine.
