hiya i have got the starview the box, the 2nd box its been working fine but the problem is that when i press the tv guide to see what is going to come on next or on the next couple of hours, when im on the tv guide it freezes and crashes after a certain time. it does it most time, what shall i do to solve this prob. firstly it goes green but you can hear the audio, then it resets itself. can anyone tell me how to solve this problem
This is a problem usually associated with firmware versions over 4.50 Ireland and 4.51 UK, these are the most stable, your problem is referred to as green screen crash in EPG, but don't know why you are bothering with the EPG it has never been to clever. To check your version of firmware go to Menu, down to System Information and press OK.
