Just bought myself a DVD burner. How do I burn MP3 files to a DVD-R for playing back on my Sony MP3 Car Headunit?

Or does the player need to support DVD-R??

    Thanks

The player would need to support dvd but it should support CD MP3. Most modern ones do. Beware that the songs on an MP3 disk will be in alphabetical order.

So there's no way I can burn mp3 files to a DVD-R disc and play them back in the car?

PS. I've burnt MP3 CDR's with Folders and played them back with no problems. Just wanted to cram more songs on a single CD using DVDR
