Creating a new file with Cucusoft DVD to ipod

    I have purchased the Cucusoft DVD to ipod and it seems to be working great except when I try to make a new file. Instead of creating a new file, it seems to just be copying over the existing file. I am copying tv shows not movies. Don't know if that matters. Any suggestions? Please help me!

    This means you must rip your dvd twice?
