basically i know that you go into user account in control panel. but my problem is when i open the user account the page is empty. theres the direction tabs and the home tab,all of which nothing happens when i press any of them. any one any ideas?
Go to Start > Run > copy/paste this: [bold]regsvr32 jscript.dll[/bold] > click OK. If that doesn't work copy/paste and run both of these these also. One at a time. [bold]regsvr32 nusrmgr.cpl[/bold] [bold]regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll[/bold] Let me know if that helps because if not, there is one more thing you can try.

Maybe, maybe not, can't be certain. Could have been something you did to corrupt the file/s or it could have corrupted on its own. Could have been caused by many things: a crash, a manual restart, or could be it's just being a Windows file. Windows seems to have that problem sometimes. You're welcome! Glad it worked.
