   I have to create a website for my school which would allow visitors to view streaming video. Does anyone have any suggestions on what programs to use, and tips on efficiency etc...

   well you can use "Windows media Encoder" to convert the video to Streaming WMV/ASF Format...but that is all the advice I have to give...good luck
