Is it possible to make CD quality audio DVD?

I'm not talking burning a collection of compressed audio files on a DVD-R (such as MP3 and the likes) but a True Audio CD Quality on DVD.

I work with Nero 7 which can only do a standard Audio CD, I'm entertained by the idea of putting 4 CDs into one DVD for pure listening experience. Have tried burning .wav files as data on a DVD-R with no success. I also tried Audio DVD Creator Trial Version with no luck either (fails to load burning engine).

I intend to use it with a Sony BD Player, Pioneer Receiver, Sub and 4-way Polk Audio floor speakers. With this system you can definitely tell the difference between mp3s and audio cd's hence my interest.
    TIA

You mean 40 kHz max high pitch even though you might only be able to hear 15 K. Shooting too high is preferred to shooting too low.

    Try Media Monkey...
Use compressed lossless files to create your DVD. Media Monkey will make the disks but will your player play them? If not you will need to use mp3s. A well made 320 CBR mp3 has all the sound humans can hear. It only cuts out the ultrasonic sounds you can't hear and use most of the bandwith better than 80% of many audio data is for sounds that no human can hear.
