I'm wondering what software I should use to create a VCD. My console DVD player supports the VCDs, but I don't know what to convert mpeg into so that the DVD can read it. I'm I totally confused?
try Tmpgenc available here http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/tmpgenc.cfm you may need codecs to be installed with this in the video codecs area of the software download page...also you might want to make sure you dvd player plays cd-r and cd-rw .......you can find that out here www.vcdhelp.com
