CREATING VCDS WITH NERO

    I have created a vcd with nero following the article (dated 05 feb 2002) using the menu option the problem is when the disc is played back it still pauses when it changes tracks even with the pause setting set to zero is there any other way of putting the tracks together without the pause where am i going wrong

    I think this is normal if you are using multiple mpeg files and setting the pause setting to zero. What you need is a single mpeg file, and you use chaptering/indexing function via a VCD authoring software. Nero doesn't provide this.

    Now for the punchline... I don't know of any VCD authoring sw. Can anybody comment?

    HAVE ALLREADY SORTED THIS ONE OUT YOU CAN CREATE MENUS AND CHAPTERS WITH ENTRY POINTS USING VCD EASY ITS A SIMPLE ENOUGH PROGRAM TO USE I WORKED IT OUT IN A COUPLE OF HOURS AND IVE ONLY BEEN DOING THIS FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS
